What We Do

SOLID provides outreach support, including the distribution and recovery of safer drug use supplies (rigs, swabs, sterile water, etc) 7 days a week in the downtown Victoria area. (Call for specific times and locations.)

SOLID offers support meetings for members (remember: if you use illicit drugs, or used to, you’re welcome anytime!). Food is provided.  Women’s Night is once each month and includes food, donations and a fun, supportive environment for women members only.

SOLID offers peer education for members throughout Victoria in various formats, both informally and through workshops and trainings.

SOLID reaches out to the broader community by speaking at community events, partnering with other groups, and advocating for people who use drugs with other health and social service providers.
