Indigenous Women’s Action Group – every Tuesday  (3 – 4 pm)

Working together to meet our needs, this group is forming around immediate actions like getting status cards, recreation passes, sharing information and resources. Light snacks, $5 stipends and bus tickets provided.

Men’s Night – 2nd and 4th Friday of the month (10:30pm – 12:30am)

SOLID’s Men’s night is a place to hang out and talk about local issues and resources, at a time at night when there aren’t many other places to go. Drop in for some food and coffee (and occasionally some movies) at our latenight drop-in lounge.

Women’s Night – last Monday of the month (6 – 8pm)

SOLID’s women’s night is open to all self-identified women who are current or former users of illicit substances. It is a safe space in which to provide peer support and learn more about community resources. A light meal is provided, along with hair and nail service, free clothing and art supplies.

Night-Owl Drop-in – 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month (10:30pm – 12:30am)

The night-owl drop-in is open to everyone who uses or used illicit drugs. A great place to hang out after hours and share stories and information about safer use, health services and advocacy issues (like heroin maintenance, needle exchanges in prisons, supervised injection) for making our communities safer and healthier for all of us.
